About Jill Bragg

Jill Bragg, a group exercise instructor for over 10 years, desires to see everyone live a healthy, happy and balanced life. Her approach to fitness is as a lifestyle, not just as an activity and she is an advocate of fitness being fun and for all, regardless of age or ability! Teaching Pilates, yoga, cardio/strength, paddleboard fitness and yoga, Jill is a certified group exercise instructor for children, adults, and seniors with specialized certifications in AFAA Mat Pilates, Les Mills BodyFlow, and Healthways Silver Sneakers.
