About Rhonda Sherrer

A native of Oklahoma, Rhonda has always had a passion for health, fitness and overall wellness. Her love of cycling is what motivated her to get her SPIN instructor certification in 2000.
Having seen many devastating bone and muscular injuries over the past 19 years as a MRI/Cat Scan tech, she is very passionate about teaching the proper body mechanics and form to utilize during strength training to prevent new or recurring injuries.
Since 2000 Rhonda has been key in several clients obtaining their fitness goals through her personalized strength and conditioning training sessions.
Rhonda specializes in group fitness, circuit training, Bootcamp training, strength training, cardio training as well as personal training.
